职位描述：
岗位要求：

工作地点：上海

1. 5~7年针、梭织服装质量检验工作经验
2. 熟悉 针、梭织服装 从裁--车--包的生产流程.熟悉生产工艺要求，
3. 了解在生产过程中可能出现的问题，提出解决方案供加工厂参考，对棉布，牛仔服装洗水，印花，绣花，各个程序有经验
4. 基本电脑操作和邮件发送，能用英文撰写报告
5. 沟通能力强，勤奋刻苦,有良好的协调能力
6. 能长期驻厂验货。

Key responsibilities:

1. Check pre-production (PP) sample from QC coordinator or merchandiser
2. Conduct PP sample meeting at factory and review PP sample comments, jump size set, conduct wash test and discuss packing method & carton measurements with relevant stakeholders
3. Conduct in-line inspection at early stage of production and ensure all sizes are available for inspection
4. Ensure supplier/factories are following the SFG technical procedures and if they are not the ability to make the necessary changes and implement the procedures at the factory.
5. Work with factory production team to ensure that any issues identified at inline inspection are rectified
6. Select shipment sample from bulk, check and measure and if within tolerance send to Merchandising team with spec attached
7. Escalate any QC issues to QC manager with defect samples marked to be addressed
8. Conduct final inspection when 95% of the bulk is packed and check bulk against the PP sample and shipment and inline comments
9. Ensure factory has the folding/packing and pressing standard samples prior to inspection and ensure its compliance with applicable requirements
10. Send final report to QC manager and other relevant team members in China office for translation on the timely fashion
11. Generate an accurate inspection reports with measurement information for each assignment completion.
12. Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with the factories
13. Assess any potential issues or risks of production from factories and ensure the information is escalated to QC manager
14. Work with QC manager to ensure adequate training and guidance is provided for the factory on SFG processes and procedures and monitor its implementation
15. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from line manager

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 - 7 years as a QC inspector with experience of working in manufactories
2. Solid understanding of woven and knitted styles including sewing constructions
3. Honesty and integrity in all dealings with factories and suppliers
4. Can write inspection report in English
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and Microsoft Outlook. 举报 分享
