Job responsibilities:

Manage the wholesales operations for Food
business in China

·
Lead End-to-End ordering process critical path
management

·
Conduct order planning analysis, place and track
orders and shipments from supplier to destination country, resolving daily
operational issues by working with suppliers, service providers and related
Tesco teams

·
Facilitate regular trade / operational meetings
across teams to manage / resolve operational issues

·
Provide supply chain and order related reporting
and analysis

·
Drive End-to-End supply chain process efficiency
and PO / system data accuracy / integrity, escalate issues to stakeholders
timely and to drive resolution across teams

·
Reinforce the ordering process discipline across
teams based on Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)

·
Provide full visibility of stock holding and
wastage and ordering information to stakeholders

·
Constantly looking for the business improvement
opportunities to develop supply chain solution

·
Participate Supply chain related projects

·
Understanding our Business Code of Contact &

Tesco Sourcing was established in Hong Kong in 1977, currently sourcing from 1,596 factories across 45 countries.

Tesco Sourcing is the sourcing operation of Tesco, for F&F Clothing and General Merchandise products. With our main office in Hong Kong, we operate through hubs in 7 countries and have more than 500 colleagues working with us across Asia, the Indian subcontinent and Europe.

Our colleagues work in different countries/regions, including Hong Kong, Mainland China, Thailand, Turkey, Cambodia, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, UK, Vietnam, Romania, Pakistan, Poland - a diverse workplace representing 23 nationalities across our people.
