职位描述：
岗位职责：
1, 对供应商的过程和体系、质量进行审核，参与新供应商的开发，推动不合格供应商的清理Conduct the suppliers’ process audit and quality system audit, take part in new supplier development and push the disqualified supplier’s phase out.
2, 使用各种质量工具去支持、帮助和推动潜在的和已有的供应商的质量体系的改善提高Support, help and push potential or active suppliers to improve their quality system with all quality tools
3, 培训并协助供应商来确保重大质量问题的按期解决和相关纠正措施的执行 Train and assist suppliers ensure all production critica issues are resolved with suppliers in a timely manner, and corrective actions are implemented as appropriate
4, 新产品/样品确认的参与，供应商过程控制方法和性能测试方法的确认。Be involved into sample validation of new items/samples, alignment with supplier process control and function testing procedure.
5, 供应商拉动看板系统的评估确认以及相关过程、记录/报告的改善推动以及优化 Evaluations of pulling in Kanban suppliers, drive improvement and optimization of their process control, quality records and reports.
6, 及时收集来料制程和客户投诉数据，完成月度供应商质量报告并推动供应商的相关改善Submit monthly supplier quality performance report and push out the improvement activities from supplier via collect data from IQC/IPQC/Complaints.
7, 必要时在供应商处进行出货前的检验 Conduct on site inspection before shipment at supplier site if necessary.
8, 通过相关方法来为团队完成部门和公司目标做贡献 Contribute to the success of the team by participating in regular meetings, sharing information and experience to help others succeed and meet overall department & company objectives.
9, 上级交代的其他任务 Other taskes assigned by the supervisor.
岗位要求：
1, 大学本科学历，机械或电子类专业***Bachelor degree is a must and Mechanism or electronics is preferred.
2, 熟悉供应商质量管理流程，8D和相关质量改善工具的应用Familiar with supplier quality management, application of 8D and related quality tools.
3, 3年以上供应商或过程质量管理相关经验Min 3 years working experience on supplier or process quality control.
4, 良好的英语听说读写能力，良好的分析问题能力和沟通能力Good command of written and spoken English, Good analysis and communication ability and team work spirit 举报 分享
