Position Summary
Establish and manage Data Administration (DA) department responsible for all supply chain data in the ERP system, including customers, items, and commission conditions. Implement the designed processes for DA, ensuring a smooth transition centrally based activities within this group.

Key Areas of Responsibility
? Lead and coordinate the maintenance of all the reference data, ensuring the timely updating and the integrity of the data. The data includes: Customer Masterdata, commission conditions, Vendor Masterdata, Item Masterdata. Promote the rationalization and quality of the master data in JDE, establishing the appropriate controls.
? Manage the calculation of credit notes. Ensure their production and distribution.
? Ensure the necessary segregation of duties between order processing and pricing.
? Organize and supervise the efficient generation and distribution of all invoices.
? Establish key deliverables for a DA scorecard to achieve an environment of continuous improvement and quality service to both internal and external customers.
? Develop and maintain a culture that supports Cabot Values, teamwork and high SH&E standards.
? Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and standard business practices, as they pertain to shared services, including internal control procedures, Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and ISO 9000 standards.
? Order fax handling: take a note, forward to right person.

Required Skills
? Solid proficiency in data management and data structure, including sound knowledge of the relevant supporting BPIT systems [JDE-One World, Saleslogix, Winlims].
? Customer and business oriented mindset. Ability to translate business strategies into operating actions and processes.
? Management and organization skills: establishes and communicates clear priorities, directions and objectives; deals with problems firmly and in a timely manner. Understanding of cross-functional processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Disciplined, accurate, pays attention to details.
? Ability to formulate and monitor budgets, and to manage costs effectively
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to impact and influence all levels of employees and management, both inside the company and externally with customers.
