职位描述：
1，与业务沟通并联络客户安排订舱及运输等工作；
2，联络船公司或货运公司安排订舱、提单签发等工作；
3，熟悉海关操作流程，报关及相关单证的制作；熟悉外汇核销，原产地证的制作；
4，相关表格、文件、数据的处理及操作安排；
5，客户咨询、投诉、纠纷等情况的协调解决；

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，海运或国际贸易类相关专业优先；
2、1年以上船务相关领域工作经验，熟悉船务市场行情者优先考虑；
3、熟练处理出入口货订单、货运操作流程，具备货运文件及有实际操作技能；
4、熟练操作Office办公软件系统；
