Responsibilities Include:

- 熟悉销售业务处理流程
Familiar with Sales business processing
- 支持销售人员及办公室的日常行政管理
Support sales office and Salesman’ daily administrative management
- 销售订单的管理和协调
Handler and coordinator the Sales order
- 销售数据的建立和维护
Create and maintain the sales database
- 销售会议的组织、协助销售报告的准备
Organize the sales meeting, assist to prepare the sales report
- 主管交办的其他事项
Other tasks the supervisor assigned

Position Requirements:
职位要求：
1、大学，企业管理、市场营销或相关专业
Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or other related fields.
2、一年以上销售助理或销售代表工作经验，有标书制作经验者优先；
Above 1 year work experience of sales assistant or sales representative, having biding documents designing experience would be preferable.
3、具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
Good English competence in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
4、具备自主能动性，独立性；
Self-driven and motivated. Ability to work independently.
5、具备较强的工作责任心，做事注重细节；
Strong working responsibility and detail-oriented working attitude.
6、具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；
Good interpersonal skills and team-work player.
7、可承受一定的工作压力；
Taking working pressure.
8、熟练使用office等办公软件；
