Job Responsibilities:
1) Be responsible for making HR department developing strategies and long term development planning, to execute HR duties, including but not limited: Recruiting, C&B, ER, Training, Performance management, EHS, etc.
2) Implementation of company’s each policies and instructions. Analyze submitted reports, data and surveys to adjust relevant policies.
3) Conduct for establishing the HR systems and discipline, identifying the responsibility of each position to ensure the operation efficiency.
4) Assistant the general strategy of talent development to ensure improving the employee’s quality and gaining the competitive edge.
5) Controlling the administrant status from review the finance report and data timely.
6) Making conference in time to do the wise decision when encounters important issues.
7) Execute to establish the enterprise culture to motivate employee being a great team.
Requirements:
1) Over 8+ years’ management experience of large and middle scale manufacturing enterprise, Minimum 2 years’ experience in the equivalent position
2) Bachelor degree and major in administation management.
3) Strong interpersonal skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin).
4) Excellent organizational skills
5) Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
