MTS (Systems Test Engineer)
Job responsibilities:
- System Test Engineer will work with Feature Designs to create Test Case and Test Plans while tracking Systems Requirements through good documentation and testing skills.
- System Test Engineer is able to communications with team in all areas of test, including written documentation, Defect Raising, Reporting, as well as white board and his/her presentation skills must be strong.
- System Test Engineer will be able to take on test areas and able to understand the functionality from a unit test level all the way up to a system test level and complete the testing to a high level of Quality Assurance.
- System Test Engineer will be a part of a strong team who has cross functionality with both the SW design groups, as well as the Customer Field Support Groups, and will be seen as System Experts in test, and functionality.
- System Test Engineer, should come to the team with a positive, and hard-working attitude, and contribute to working in a team setting, while leading the way in terms of individual technical aptitude, and professionalism.
- System Test Engineer will take part in Automation activity and will need to be able to write algorithms, and be able to run, and implement small Automation programs working with the Automation Lead.

Job requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of Testing Experience at the Unit, or Systems Level.
- BSEE or MSEE required
- Technical expertise in Telecom and data communication, especially be familiar with related technical standards/RFC
- Experience in working/interfacing with engineer/marketing/AE/FAE groups and team working environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and to be pro-active is a key attribute
- Willingness to work under schedule pressure and finally meet schedule on self motivated mode in order to achieve company goals.
