职位描述：
-Assist the Manager of Quality &Safety in support of the following duties:
-Receiving local quality inspections and follow up on noncompliant areas;
-Combine local health regulations into hospital policy system and daily practice;
-Establishing hospital wide quality control guidelines and checklists;
-Assisting in staff education on hospital policy and quality improvement programs;
-Document translation and formatting;
-Internal quality audit.
-Implementation of quality and safety improvement plans, including gathering managerial and clinical indicators, preparation and presentation of reports

Qualifications:
-University graduate or equivalent
-3 years working experience
-1 year hospital administration experience
-Clinical qualification preferred
-Fluent in both written and spoken English
-Command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Good communicator and facilitator
-Ability to exercise initiative, and continuous learning 举报 分享
