Position: Finance Supervisor
Reporting to: General Manager
The Role:
1. To Supervise daily operation for treasury, tax, I/C reconciliation, AR & AP’ general ledger, cost control, support of stock control etc.
2. Credit and collection control, payment review, Cash flow management
3. Timely, accurate & efficient reporting & statutory compliance both inter group & external organizations.
4. To be responsible for variance and analysis reporting on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
5. Budget control and analysis, includes annual budget, rolling forecast, variance analysis and remedial action proposal, business analysis and advice.
6. Responsible for ERP control in finance model and other related.
7. Internal control and finance policies/procedures improvement
8. Maintain effective communication with auditors, government Bureau, tax authorities and bankers, etc.
9. Yearly standard cost review and intercompany pricing.
10. Support IT administration, daily maintenance control, problem solving; look after insurance, facility rental etc.
11. Team managing and developing
12. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned or requested.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Timely, accurate & efficient reporting
2. Tax and other statutory compliance
3. Effective support for business development
4. Realization of Cost/expense saving from finance efforts
5. No major financial risk
6. Ensure safety maintenance and running of ERP, computers and server and its data
Primary Objectives:
1. Keep financial business running smoothly as always
2. Support improvement of internal control, procedure/processes
3. FP&A to support management decision.
4. Local law and regulation compliance
5. Effective support to ensure business and financial risk is under control
6. Financial advice for business development and project transfer
7. Lead or involved in cost/expense saving programmes
General: Responsible for some admin duties like insurance, rent, security etc.
Skill Requirements
1. Financial and accounting Background, Bachelor above;
2. At least 4 years of professional finance experience, 1 year of management experience;
3. Strong cost management, internal control and financial analysis skills
4. Self-motivated and passionate, team player with good communication skills.
5. Good communication skills, PC and office software skills, team spirit; can work under pressure;
6. Excellent English written skills; Good oral English is a plus.
7. Good knowledge and experience in ERP system
8. Experience with export tax refund is a plus
9． Good PC and network skills is an advantage
Remuneration RMB8000-RMB10000 per month
Standard Hours 8 hours per day
