职位描述：
Culligan International, US based, headquarter in USA, Aisa purchasing center in Shanghai, world-leading company on water treatment for both residential and commercial markets, is currently seeking a Sourcing Project Engineer/ Manager in the Culligan China Shanghai office.

This position requires 4 years engineering degree at least 3 years engineering sourcing project management at a US or European company. With strong communication, writing and execution skills, a good team player, details oriented and results driven. Candidates must have strong experience on project management with engineering or manufacturing background, develop solutions and action plans, communicate and manage suppliers for milestone deliverables, track record of managing projects from beginning to accomplishment. Interface with internal Sales/Marketing teams and potential suppliers regarding technical aspects of the products as well as validation and approval processes. Working with approved suppliers, to develop sourcing project schedule and plan, drive critical paths and milestone to ensure the project is delivered on schedule.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 3 years sourcing/outsourcing project management experience (direct sourcing). Strong experience on managing outsourcing projects with China manufacturers: selecting right suppliers, quotes negotiations, project scheduling, new tooling & parts qualifications, process control, raw material and inventory control, production ramp up, successful launch
2. Excellent time management, project scheduling with contingency plans, drive suppliers meeting all project deliverables.
3. N.A. and European international business exposure – effective communication with difference cultures
4. Self-motivated with high energy, strong problem solving skills
5. Very good oral and effective written communication skills in English and Chinese
