Location 工作地点: 上海

“Your future:” 你的未来

1. Collect and tabulate trade marketing data, gather and analyze customer data and establish foundation database and customer database.
2. Present the sales reports regularly on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
3. Be in charge of daily management and distribution of promotion materials.
4. Assist Trade Marketing Manager in making promotion plans and reviewing regularly.
5. Collect market, business and sales competition information as reference and analyses for sales improvement.
6. Keep communication with regional sales team and other departments.
7. Other tasks assigned by superior.

1.收集汇总通路销售数据和搜集分析客户资料，建立通路基础数据库和客户资料数据库。
2.每日出具日销售报表、定期出具周、月销售报告。
3.负责促销物料的日常管理和调配使用。
4.协助市场通路经理做促销计划并定期回顾。
5.收集市场、商业和销售竞争信息，供销售提升做参考分析。
6.与区域销售人员及公司其他部门人员保持沟通。
7.上级指派的其他任务。

“Your strength:” 你的优势

1. Good at Microsoft Office operation, especially in Excel
2. Good communication skills (oral & written, Chinese & English)
3. Data Sensitivity
4. Smart & hard working ,1+ year in FMCG sales admin/assistant
5. Bachelor Degree

1.熟悉Office,尤其Excel
2.必须具备出众的口头/书面、中文/英文的沟通能力
3.数据敏感
4.工作灵活积极，一年以上快消品行业的销售内勤工作经验
5.本科学历
