职位描述：
项目负责人 （方案设计）

应聘者需要对设计抱有极大的兴趣以及浓厚的热情，当遇到技术上的难题时要随机应变，灵活处理。负责公司项目设计工作的统筹安排，控制项目设计的质量与进展，保证设计成果的按时提交。

任职资格：
1、要求有4年以上景观设计经验（包括至少2年以上商业景观的设计经验），对设计的各个阶段，包括方案设计至施工图设计阶段等有良好的认识与成熟的经验；
2、对世界上当前优秀的作品有着很好的认识与理解；
3、有着出色的设计思维能力，对项目现场、历史、文化等各个因素进行综合考虑，并具有现代、简洁的表现风格；
4、熟悉国内规划相关规范；
5、具有良好的沟通能力，出色的项目管理经验；
6、熟练掌握CAD，photoshop等技能，制图和渲染的技能表现超群；
7、有着出色的手绘表现能力者，掌握3DMAX和SketchUp技能者优先。

Project Leader (Schematic Design)

Applicants are expected to have a strong design interest and a lateral and flexible approach to solving design problems. Your responsibilities are ensuring project programme, quality.

1.Minimum 4 years of landscape experience (including　minimum　of　2　years　of　experience　in　commercial　developments),　preferred with good understanding of design including Schematic Design and Construction Documentation.
2.Good understanding of the current worlds’ best design practices.
3.Lateral thinking in site context and a clean contemporary design style;
4.Good understanding of local design regulations.
5.Good communicative skills and project management skills required.
6.Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop will be required to be demonstrated during the application process.
7.Hand sketch skills, 3DMAX and SketchUp experience beneficial.
