职位描述：

Qualification :

1. 15 years experience at least in vary kinds of clothing ( Tee, Shirt , pant, JKT, Parka , bib and coverall , etc. Both woven and knit )

2. Very Familiar with paper pattern making for US marketing

3. Familiar with CAD system to calculate the usage of each material

4. Familiar with cutting department daily work and can work out the best way to minimizing wastage for production.

5. Strong leadership skills in working with a team and a group of factories and the ability to coach, develop, motivate and improve performance of the teams.

6. Strong problem solving and decision making skills

7. Ability to work independently and efficiently

8. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities

9. Ability to influence and gain support from cross-functional teams

10. Good communications skills and a positive attitude

11. Good verbal and written English + Mandarin skills

12. Working knowledge of basic word, email and excel

Responsibility:

1. Work closely with Merchandiser and factories on technical issue

2. Make or improve paper patterns

3. Coach key workers in sample room and cutting department
