岗位职责:
1、接听电话，按要求转接电话或记录信息，确保及时准确；
2、外来人员的接待、登记、引领工作，及时通知被访人员；
3、负责公司邮品、快递的收发工作，相关对文件的保存，完成相关电子数据录入与存档；
4，懂得财务方面的知识，简单的出纳方面的工作；
5，配合完成领导分配的各项工作事务。
