职位描述：
We are looking for an experienced Tax Consulting Manager/Specialist.

Job Description:
(a) support the internal audit department of the company to properly identify the tax risks and liabilities of the company’s clients and ensure the clients’ full and continuous compliance to any tax law or regulations;
(b) supervise and review all the tax declarations prepared for the company's clients by the accounting department of the company (in respect, especially, of VAT, Business Tax, EIT, IIT) and ensure that the above declarations always fully comply with any tax law or regulation;
(c) prepare, in English, opinions on sundry taxation matters which may affect the company's clients, in accordance with the company’s standards and formats;
(d) update and train the company’s employees or representatives in respect of taxation issues which may be relevant for the company and the company's clients;
(e) provide, actively and independently, tax planning strategy for the company's clients, within the strictest observance of the Chinese tax law and regulations;
(f) abide strictly to the company’s internal rules and policies, in terms of professional behaviour in the office, attitude towards the clients, information confidentiality and any rules or practise publicly adopted by the company fromm time to time; and
(g) handle other matters entrusted by the General Manager.

Qualifications:
-Minimum university graduation, major in tax, finance, accounting or other related area;
-Excellent oral and written English; the knowledge of additional foreign language will be preferred;
-A minimum of 7 years’ working experience in an international company, and experience of managerial position in a consulting company will be preferred;
-Good at PC software, including Microsoft Office, and other related software;
-Proactive, professional and hard working.
