任职要求Requirements：
1、机械或者模具类本科学历，3年以上汽车内饰件项目管理经验。
Mechanical or Mold Engineering degree with a minimum of 4+ years experience in automotive industry.
2、在TS16949体系环境中，有丰富的技术、项目管理、工程和制造等经验。
Experience with the technical and project management disciplines of engineering and manufacturing activities within the TS16949 system.
3、在模具，注塑，电镀，喷涂等方面有工作经历，具有汽车产品内/外饰相关工作经验者优先考虑。
Related work experience on tooling, molding, electroplating, or painting. Automotive exterior/interior decorative part work-experience is preferred.
4、具有高效管理并监控一系列项目进度的能力。
Ability to effectively manage and monitor progress of a portfolio of projects.
5、过往的工作业绩，彰显出能够很好的使用先进工具和方法，进行数据收集、数据分析、并完成相关项目进度报告。
A proven appreciation for and demonstrated capabilities in the application of advanced methods of data collection, data analysis, and project progress reporting.
6、能熟练使用MS office 、AutoCAD、UG或者Pro-E软件。
Knowledge and skills of MS office, AutoCAD, UG and/or Pro-E software.
7、有能力在快节奏的工作环境中，处理并完成多项任务。
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace working environment.
8、良好的沟通技巧，和团队合作精神.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
9、英语能力，要求听、说、读、写、流利。
Fluent English at speaking, listening, reading, and writing.


工作职责Main responsibilities：
1、向项目主管汇报，牵头负责一系列项目的开发，策划，和现场执行 。
Reporting to the Project Supervisor, you are responsible for leading the development, planning and on-site execution of a portfolio of projects.
2、先期参与新项目导入的可行性分析和评估 。
Early involving and evaluating the feasibility on new project introduction.
3、以最优的成本控制、分险分析，制定项目进度表和资源分配 。
Preparing schedules and resource allocation plans for multi-discipline resources, incorporating best practices in cost control, risk analysis and scheduling.
4、与客户沟通，并确保客户所有技术要求都能得达到和满足。
Communicating with customer and making sure all applicable technical requirements are met.
5、从项目起动开始对项目进行管控，确保内部工作的协调，以及和外包商的协作顺畅，以达到预期的结果。
Processing from project scope development through to start-up, working with either in-house or external contractors as applicable to achieve the desired results.
6、通过持续改善，应用相关知识、技能、技术到项目活动中，使项目的完成能够满足并超出客户的预期要求。
Applying knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations by continuous improvement.
7、根据客户和项目要求，编制各类作业指导书、APQP、PPAP、PEMEA等文件。
Compiling the operation instructions, APQP, PPAP, and PFMEA documents according to the requirements of projects and customers.
8、在项目涉及的范围内，通过和多功能团队进行协作，在工作方法和项目进程中能作出决定。
Making decisions by coordinating with multiple functional teams on work methods and procedures within project scope.
9、有能力与市场、模具、注塑、电镀、喷涂、品质等部门，以及供应商联系和沟通，确保项目有效推进。
Liaison between marketing, tooling, molding, masking, plating, quality controlling groups and outside contractors.
10、以低成本和高效率进行项目的管理和控制 。
