Job Summary
As Regional Demand generation & Campaigns Manager, you will lead campaign management & demand generation in the region and be responsible for planning, owning and executing multi-channel global campaigns and demand generation programs across your region. You will work on implementing best practices, securing strong feedback loops between global and regional teams and drive knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Manage and orchestrate implementation of pre-defined global campaigns across regional resources and channels
Manage day-to-day activities of pre-defined global campaigns (e.g. project mgmt, performance evaluation, budgeting), working with a global virtual team to drive execution against plan
Execute relevant marketing and communications campaigns in the regions
Develop integrated activation plans for global and regional campaigns at the regional level, handshaking fully with local stakeholders
Responsible for securing strong feedback loops and providing regional perspective into global campaign development – including digital paid priorities
Train relevant stakeholders and a variety of colleagues and if necessary agencies on campaign concepts and content
Follow-up and manage performance targets & KPIs
Partner with customer marketing, external agencies if relevant, local communications and global news & PR to activate global programs
Drive continuous evaluation of campaigns effectiveness to identify improvement areas and KPI & target fulfillment

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
University degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent training/experience
Leadership skills/people management skills (matrix/with or without direct authority), including agency management
Experience of executing global marketing campaigns
Experience with demand generation
Experience with digital marketing
Strong focus on execution and delivery of measurable results
+7 years of experience from marketing
Knowledge and experience with new/innovative marketing practices & tools.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Experience in, or leading, virtual teams in different countries and in different time zones
Resource management (including budget management)
Experience from working in a dynamic and fast moving environment
Region network and detailed market knowledge
