Position Title: Regional Key Account Sales Manager
Report To: Regional Associate Sales Director
Subordinates: NA
Department: Field Sales
主要工作职责:
Main Responsibilities
?负责KA区域年度合同谈判和年度计划
- Be in charge of LKA annual contract negotiation and business planning
- ? 计划和控制年度费用
- Plan and control annual cost
? 确保分销的标准执行
- Ensure implementation of the distribution standard
? 确保销售标准执行
- Ensure the implementation of sales standards
? 制定促销计划并确保区域的实施
- Build up promotion plan and ensure the implementation of the region.
? 确保产品的价格政策执行
- Ensure the implementation of the product's price policy
? 监督区域门店的执行情况并提出改善方案
- Supervise the implementation of the regional stores and propose the improvement plan.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Around 5 years field sales experience
3. Prefer to have multiple channel experience as MT, GT, COS and etc.
3. Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
4. Strategic thinking and priority setting
5. Customer focus and drive for result
6. Good data analysis capability
7. People management skill, especially for remote management
