Main Responsibilities:

· Monitoring and following-up purchased goods;

· Manage the relationship with forwarders

· Manage all the logistics process from container booking to shipment

· Optimizing logistics timings and costs (container consolidation)

· Preparing and submitting all the export documentation

· Liaise with our accountant on tax refunding issues

· Payment tracking and preparation

Requirements:

· Chinese Citizen

· Excellent English (Verbal and Written)

· University Graduate Degree - preferably in International Trade or Logistics

· 1 to 2 years experience in Trade and Logistics

· Clear understanding of the Logistics process, Import/Export procedures, Customs clearance and documentation preparation

· Strong MS Office and Internet skills

· Analytical, pro-active, dynamic and responsible
