高级设计师的职责和责任

?领导，指导和带领高级设计师团队开发优秀的设计理念和空间
?室内设计和招投标演示
?建立团队之间的项目资源和要求
?负责项目方案资料及客户简报。
?带领，培训，监督和管理人员做出良好的设计和标准的出图。
?与总经理及设计总监沟通关于设计团队的管理等，并协助制定战略目标实现工作效率

资格/经验

?相关行业10年以上室内设计师工作经验。
?室内设计或建筑学士学位。
?中国/亚洲经验者优先。
?较强的设计能力，包括家具和设备，规格，颜色，照明和材料等运用能力
?优秀的图形和语言表达能力。
?精通Auto CAD，素描以及PS图象处理软件和办公软件。
?熟悉国际设计案例，及现代趋势和项目案例。
?及时与客户沟通，介绍设计理念。

Duties & responsibilities of Senior Concept Designer;

?Lead, guide and mentor senior designer team(s) in developing outstanding design concepts and spaces for
workplace environments.
?Work collectively on concept designs and presentations for tenders and competitions
?Establish project resourcing requirements amongst teams
?Clarify project scope and document client briefs.
?Mentor, train, supervise and manage designers to produce excellent designs and detailing standards.
?Liaise with GM and Design Director with regards to the management and performance of the Design team and assist in strategizing to achieve studio objectives

Qualifications/Experience;

? 10+ years of experience as an interior designer, with a focus on commercial / corporate interiors.
? Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture .
? China / Asia experience preferred.
? Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, specifications, color, lighting and materials with
proven track record.
? Outstanding graphic and oral presentation skills.
? Software skills to include AutoCAD, Sketch up as well as knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
? Familiar with international design projects and progressive, modern trends and projects.
? Understand and communicate design ideas and give direction to clients and senior designers quickly.
? Additional qualifications such as LEED AP, supplementary design coursesetc a plus.
