Job Description (Main responsibilities):
1. Assist to establish and implement the HSE management process and instructions according to Metso standard.
2. Organize internal HSE instruction training according to yearly HSE training plan to ensure employees have HSE required competence.
3. Organize HSE inspection for workshop and do effective follow-up, provide required assistant and suggestion to corrective actions.
4. Communicate with related department, collect HSE data monthly and make a detail analysis to provide improvement proposal.
5. Assist to perform HSE visual management of workshop and update related HSE signs in workshop timely.
6. Cooperate with HRS and internal clinic to perform occupational health management, implement routine monitor and supervision.
7. Collect and track near miss reports from workshop, help workshop supervisors to make corrective action plan through a statistics analysis.

Competence Profile
1. At least college education background, major in safety or related mechanical and electrical engineering.
2. At least 2 years HSE working experience.
3. Familiar with HSE laws and standards.
4. Familiar with the mechanical manufacture industry and equipment.
5. Have the safety management certification.
6. Have the internal auditor certificate of ISO14001 &OHSAS18001 (priority).
7. Able to do the daily work in foreign language(English).
