We're looking for a leader for our data team
Requirements:
Good command of English language.
Experience working with US or European companies (either as an employee or on an outsourcing project) is a strong plus.
Back-end Java development under Linux is required.
Experience with SOA architecture is a plus.
Experience with relational databases strongly preferred (MySQL especially).
Experience with NoSQL data stores is a plus (especially Cassandra).
Knowledge of Python is very desirable (C/C++, Ruby, Scala, Haskel are also interesting).
Experience with 24/7 systems and understanding of unique requirements of back-end web application development
is a plus.
Especially:
Need to have lead a real production project (strongly prefer in Java under Linux).
Experience leading engineers and experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
Ability to think about the problem (as opposed to follow instructions)Understand the issues and come up with solutions.
Ability to think "outside the box"
