职位描述：
This position is based in Beijing and reports into BJ team leader. Key services include working with HR professionals and their transfering executives to deliver a suite of relocation programmes, including Orientations, Home Searches, School Searches, Tenancy Management, Immigration etc.

Whilst the role will encompass the management, coordination and handling of expatriate destination services across the breadth of the Crown product line, the current and immediate emphasis will be on client facing tasks including account management, co-coordinating home & school finding, policy development and counseling, report preparation, service partner management, etc. Thus knowledge and/or experience in these areas will be advantageous.
 
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years experience in relocation services and will have:

? a proven track record in coordinating relocation services
? a strong Customer/Client focus with proven client liaison skills
? a global mindset and intercultural awareness
? strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
? Fluent English and a definite advantage if good at other languages.
? an advantage if able to use Office (Word and Excel)
? knowledge of relocation services in China would be advantageous
