Job Responsibilities:
l. Support General Manager of Merchandising
2. Deal with Suppliers and Overseas Buyers
3. Manage the operations of merchandising team to maximize work efficiency, achieve business results;
4. Work with various parties to resolve critical issues arising from sales, merchandising and production to ensu re on-time delivery of quality products;
5. Able to lead and motivate staff with strong desire to train and develop subordinates' full potential
6. Understand the latest development of fashion and fabric trend, customer requirements, market positioning

Requirements:
l. Bachelor Degree holder in Fashions preferred;
2. At least 12 years' experience in apparel industry, 8 years of which at a supervisory capacity;
3. Solid experience in Kidswear garments of UK and European markets;
4. Good knowledge in production, materials, fabric and yarns;
5. Have managed and lead a team over 10 people;
6. Excellent in interpersonal skills and communication skills;
7. Excellent command of English and Mandarin;
8. IT proficiency of MS office including Words, Excel and e-mail

Goodman is a global company that runs garment retail and homewares trading business with head office in Seoul, branch offices in London, Hongkong, Shanghai & Guangzhou, after a long period of clothing trading business, its own ladieswear brand Kitri(www.kitristudio.com) targeting UK online market is launched in March 2017, the homewares business focuses on procurement service for UK retailers covering products of kitchen & dining, home decoration, seasonal, gifts, toys, bathroom, bedroom & kids.

We aim to expand our garment brand to US & China markets and grow as a well-known brand in global markets in longer term, the homewares trading business will be developed to serve more customers in Europe & US and homewares will be as part of online retail business which embraces the opportunities of e-commerce in the global markets in the future.
