职位描述：
Your responsibilities will include:
? Monitor and manage the daily accounting ledgers and subjects in the view of HQ ;
? Assist Head of Finance to co-ordinate the annual budgets;
? Assist Head of Finance to make sure integrity and completeness of financial reports and operation of accounting processes and policies internally;
? Assist Head of Finance to make sure the uniformity of all Financial Reports and Accounting Codes;
? Arrange and schedule monthly-closing of financial statements for each asset;
? Work with asset finance manager to make sure the correctness of monthly financial reports (inc: Property level reports Bank loan position reports,cash position reports);
? Prepare and monitor monthly management accounts;
? Co-ordinate with MCRC offshore on annual audit ;
? Assist to organize monthly and annual Tax review reports and well-work with external tax auditors;
? Work with FM to Prepare Quarterly Reports( inc:Financial information reports,management information reports)
? Assist on providing information on Asset Model report;
? Assist to maintain IFRS accounting adjustments for group consolidation purpose;
? Co-ordinate and communicate with SFM\FM of each asset to ensure the administration of cash flows in the view of HQ;
? Other assignments requested by Head of Finance;

To be successful in this role, you will:

? Bilingual in Mandarin and English (Native Mandarin strongly preferred);
? 5+ years accounting experience with in either professional audit firm or an operating company in China in real estate sector;
? Real Estate Industry experience preferred;
? High level of energy, commitment and flexibility;
? Good figure sensitivity;
? Good communicator on co-ordinating with local finance team;;
