职位描述

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for the overall sales of Electrical Casting Sales in China. This includes developing and implementing plans for sales performance, identification and conversion of new business opportunities, In addition, this position works closely with Marketing, Operation, Supply Chain, Technical, and related functions.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement annual sales plans with regular updates and adjustments to meet business objectives.
  • Provide accountability for sales volume and gross sales through contribution margin as well as account receivables management.
  • Accountable for routine sales activities such as pricing and volume, sales agreements, customer negotiations, account planning and strategic development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Technical to identify new opportunities and emerging trends. Actively participate in development of new opportunities and take accountability for commercialization of such opportunities.
  • Support for development and implementation of business strategies and plans; support for product development; and commercialization of new products through sales growth.
  • Identify market and customers' needs and trends
  • Provide best sales forecasts in a timely manner
  • Monitor inventory of related product together with supply chain
  • Distribution Management

Qualifications:

  • University degree or above in chemistry related area, major in polymer material engineering, material science or polymer chemistry will be preferred. .
  • 5-8 years of sales and/or business experience, preferred in Chemical company with sales to power industry ( Such as Transformer, Generator etc)
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the heavy electrical markets and be well networked.
  • Demonstrated success in working with support functions such as Marketing, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain etc. to reach desired results.
  • The candidate should act with integrity, foster learning, innovation and change
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and sense of urgency, influence, negotiation skills, and a results oriented mentality.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment with strong analytical, process oriented, problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. SAP and strong computer skills.
  • Interpersonal effectiveness
  • Proactive, self-motivated, open and cooperative working styles.
  • Presentation/communication skills to sell projects to customers and/or internal management team.
  • Strong planning, organization, analytical and prioritization skills
