职位描述
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for the overall sales of Electronic Laminate and Electrical Casting Sales in China. This includes developing and implementing plans for sales performance, leading sales and technical services initiatives and activities to achieve business target and growth
Accountabilities:
- Initiate segment sales budget (including Rev.and Margin) and lead the team to hit budget that agreed by senior management;
- Define business plan which is in line with company strategy and implement it;
- Work together with marketing and R&D team to develop and implement market development plan and provide technical support to customer;
- Drive new business and new product development
- Work together with supply chain and customer service team, to make sure working capital meet target and generate accurate sales forecast ;
- Develop and establish a solid customer base for both direct account and distributors, maintain solid relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Liaising with other line managers;
- Keeping abreast on what competitors are doing;
- Recruiting and training sales staff based on criteria agreed by senior management;
- Driving and motive the sales team and technical service team, creating trust and responsible team spirit;
- Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
Qualifications:
- University degree or above in chemistry related area, major in polymer material engineering, material science or polymer chemistry will be preferred.
- 10 years plus of sales and/or business experience and 3 years plus in commercial management/leadership capacity, preferred in Chemical company with sales to Power/Electronic industry
- Proven track record in developing new business and delivering sustained growth for the existing business
- Good experience in working with senior leadership team to set business budget, create, develop and execute a strategy and business plan
- Demonstrated success in working with support functions such as Marketing, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain etc. to reach desired results.
- Team-oriented with strong leadership ability
- Target oriented and persistent (never give up)
- Demonstrate sound judgment with strong analytical, process oriented, problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. SAP and strong computer skills.
- Presentation/communication skills to sell projects to customers and/or internal management team.
- Strong planning, organization, analytical and prioritization skills
