Position Overview:

This position is focusing on the growth of our business in GC Textile & Leather Mills

Accountabilities:

- Develop and implement GC Textile & Leather Mills business growth strategy and commercial action plans to achieve sales, profit objectives, and ensure robust growth
- Deploy, manage and motivate channels for business growth, enhance products penetration and identify new opportunities through providing solid training, technical and commercial support to channels' sales force
- Cooperate with global/regional Marketing and R&D to identify local market trend and satisfy local customers' needs to make Momentive differentiated in the market
- Ensure new products launches are introduced quickly with correct value proposition at its accounts and channels
- Close work with internal functional team to secure the success of order to cash
- Collect and analyze market competition information, formulate right strategy and action plans in the dynamic market

Qualifications :

- Bachelor or Master degree holder subjects in Textile, Leather, Chemicals etc, MBA would be a plus
- 5-10 years working experience in Textile & Leather Mills related industry with solid end customers network, better in a MNC environment;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken;
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Familiar with silicone product and market is preferable
- Proven track-record in developing new businesses and ability to manage channels for growth
- Strong business acumen, proactive and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and influence skill, ability to deal with people of all levels
- Strong commercial judgment, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
