职位描述
l Duties and Responsibilities.
1. Project Management (30%)
· Creates and executes project work plans for the WMS project implementation and roll out.
· Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project
· Prepare / reviews project deliverables
· Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
· Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
· Identify and migrate project risks and issues timely and accurately
2. Business Applications Support (40%)
· As the first liner in monitoring the health-status of the warehouse management system and communicate to appropriate parties effectively should there be any issue.
· Provides quality service to end users in needs analysis, solution recommendation, implementation, training, and post-installation support.
· Provides country support on Global IT initiatives (e.g. testing and user coordination)
· Ensure information / reports to principals are provided on time accurately.
3. Business Communication (15%)
· Establish both formal and informal channels in understanding businesses needs and challenges
· Fully attached with the daily business operation changes and developments
4. Organization & People Management (15%)
Oversee the performance management, mentoring, and career development of assigned IT staff.
Reinforce team spirit by advocating the positive thinking.
Prepare be part of the management team.
l Qualification and requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related.
2. At least 1 year in similar position - business application.
3. Hands on experience in Oracle database, strong SQL capabilities, Oracle form/ Report/ Package/ Interface development experience is a plus.
4. Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a greatly advantage.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small team of IT professional.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills, Good communication in verbal and written English.

1. Able to learn quickly through self-study methods.
2. Drive & energy.
3. Multitasking / concurrent project management.
4. Positive, "can do"attitude.
