Provide SW/HW remote/onsite service to customer
为客户方提供软件及硬件方面的远程或驻厂服务

Support sales team for SW/HW technical questions
协助销售团队处理软件或硬件方面的技术问题
·
System debug
系统故障排除
·
Improve the performance of system
优化系统
·
Build customer relationship through professional service
通过专业服务与客户建立良好的关系

Provide professional training to the customer
为客户提供专业的培训
·
Urgent IT service
提供系统方面紧急服务

Qualifications:

Programming Language: C#
使用C#编程语言

Network Maintenance
有网络维护经验
·
Database Design/Management: Oracle, SQL Server
有数据库编写及管理经验：Oracle, SQL Server

Customer Communication capability

More than 2 years logistic industrial experience
2年以上物流行业软件服务相关经验

English Communication capability

This position needs to long time travelling or provide service base on customer site
