NexGen Digital, Inc., founded in 1998, is a franchise and independent electronic components, semiconductors and computer products distributor serving OEMs and contract manufacturers in the worldwide market.
We are looking for
Purchasing Specialist - Asia/Europe Market (Shanghai)
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing electronic components and creating purchase and sales orders, along with verbal or email dialog with suppliers in Asian and European market to ensure timely and accurate product flow.
Expediting delivery, analysis and resolution of purchasing problems, as well as maintaining a good relationship with vendors in oversea market.
Resolving any invoice and shipping discrepancies and resolution on returns.
Maintaining job process and procedure documentation;
supporting development and execution of policies and procedures;
Identifying process improvements with suggestions.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in purchasing, sales and/or customer support are required.
Team player, detail-oriented, strong planning and organizational skills, ability to handle concurrent tasks and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
Fluent Chinese and English both in Speaking and writing
Bachelor degree is required. Oversea living/working experiences are preferred.
