Responsibilities
The Office Assistant should be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Assist on Admin. & Accounting matters liaising with the Shanghai headquarter.
2. Assist on HR matters liaising with the Shanghai headquarter.
3. Assist on Marcom matters liaising with the Shanghai headquarter.
4. Receive and transfer the incoming phone calls.
5. Manage the incoming and outgoing daily mails, magazines and courier packages.
6. Manage the office supply vendors (utilities, food & beverages, stationary, cleaning, printing, gardening, courier, pantry supplies, etc) and monitor their quality of service.
7. Manage the cleanliness of the office.
8. Manage weekly the on-going improvements to the office environment.
9. Manage the teams’ traveling arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.)
10. Manage the Area Manager personal expenses.
11. Support the Area Manager for other various tasks.

Qualifications & abilities

1. Chinese national with a bachelor degree required.
2. At least one-year working experience, preferably at an international company
3. Very good English written & spoken required.
4. Good knowledge of MS Office.
5. Results-driven, drive & working-intensity.
6. Ability to work in team.
7. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.
8. Can be tough against adversity.
9. Great with details.
10. Honest.
