Background:
This position is an existing position under the APA L & D Central Team. The position would handle Leadership and professional development initiatives in APA. Support design and Development of learning solutions and deliver the same across APA. The position would oversee basic L & D process and leverage technology to support L & D processes.
Major Responsibilities:
Implement Leadership/ Professional Development Catalogue
- Plan and Implement the Leadership/ Professional Development Catalogue year on year
- Support Design and Develop Professional / Behavioural Learning Solutions for Shanghai
- Update materials as required on an ongoing basis
- Support on program delivery (face to face and virtual), including pre-training preparation and onsite support.
- Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur.
Market Development & Communication
- Support market L & D facilitation skills, including internal trainer programs.
- Regular 1:1 communication with regional L&D team to ensure information aligned with regional
- Regular catch up with Nanjing Learning and Development team
Metrics and Payment Tracking
- Establish and monitor metrics
- Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures
- Team QAD purchasing management and payment tracking
Implement Calendar and Coordination
- Manage the Training needs analysis process for Shanghai
- Generate monthly poster in shanghai office and distribute
- Establish and implement the Shanghai calendar year on year
L & D Process
- Standardise training program delivery process and regular training related document format.
- Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials
Technology
Coordinate with Global plan on technology for L & D
- Management and maintain SABA as a LMS in China and report-out from SABA.
- Align with global SharePoint site - Maintain and Manage Ford Learning and Development SharePoint Site in Shanghai
- Work with Nanjing colleague to update Shanghai intranet website and management afterwards
- Manage and Maintain Shanghai L&D sharedrive
