1、Key responsibilities:
？ Handling customer complaint.
？ Maintaining ISO system and handling internal audits.
？ Handling PPAP documentation.

Provide on-time reply to customer complaints and concerns, making sure defined corrective and preventive actions effectively implemented.
Maintain and update ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 system documentations to meet and match relative standards/policies/rules/operations; renew third party certificates per intervals by closing audit remarks successfully.
？ Plan and implement internal audits to guarantee system running smoothly.
？ Coordinate and follow up customer audit remarks.
？ Assist new product introduction in terms of PPAP creations.
？ Support the activities/projects for Quality continuous improvement.
？ Periodical (e.g. monthly) reports for areas mentioned above.
？ To meet the goal of the quality targets.
？ Other tasks assigned by supervisor as needed
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:：
？ Minimum 7 year experience of similar positions in automotive industry.
？ Profound knowledge on quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, 8D and etc.
？ Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and ISO14001 system requirements.
？ Solid experience of handling quality system.
？ Rich experience dealing with audits from certification body and external customers.
？ Bachelor degree as a minimum, preferably mechanical background.
？ Strong interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills, team spirit.
？ Proficient in both written and spoken English, can work with global colleagues.
？ Capable of managing multi tasks, sense of urgency.
？ Master of office software.
？ Good self-starter, can work under pressure.
？ High potential to take more challenges with business growth.
