Digital Marketing Manager - China

Position Summary

Reporting to the Marketing Director of regional office, this role is critical in ensuring that a consistent and effective message is delivered to all audiences in our business territories and in line with those delivered in online platforms in China, to increase brand reputation and drive exposure and business.

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement digital strategies in China to enhance brand preference and consumer engagement
• Monitor and communicate brand image and messages among online communities
• Understand the China digital market and KPIs. Work closely with online media parties and Hong kong digital team to constantly improve brands’ digital programs
• Project manager for digital marketing, internet, intranet, social media and analytics for the Greater China region
• Research on China digital marketing and propose strategies with budget control
• Website improvement, social media and SEO experience are advantageous
• Effective in budget management

Key Skills/Competencies:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline, E-Commerce major preferred
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in digital marketing preferably in the E-Commerce and fashion related industry
• Operational experience in planning and running integrated digital campaigns;
• 55% of the 550 Million WeChat users open the App at least 10 times a day. The ideal candidate will swim in the WeChat ocean like a native, understanding how best to leverage the platform as a tool to reach our clients and tell our story
• Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
• Innovative and be able to work in a highly competitive environment and under pressure
• Clear and concise communication skills coupled with a strong analytical mind
• Superb writing ability in Mandarin and English
• Can do attitude and mentality
• Good collaboration skills in multi-cultural environment
