Job Summary
Assist in new compensation implementation and strategic planning in Bancassurance channel
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Assisting in creating the strategies for driving the business, including offering the implement plan as well as cost-and-benefit analysis
2.Assisting in creating financial/business models to monitor the implementation of strategies including related projects to keep the status aligned with status quo.
3.Assisting in illustrating the strategies to BU to facilitate the execution
4.Assisting in communicating with BU to collect feedback before strategies-making, during the execution and after the project accomplished
5.Be responsible for first-hand data analysis and data collection
6.Assisting in preparing compensation communication pack including but not limited booklet, PPT and Word document for Bancassurance new compensation
7.Coordinate with branches on implementing new compensation and other projects
8.Assisting in coaching branches on how to transfer existing team into new scheme
9.Assisting in drafting guideline of new compensation for branches in Chinese
10.Collect feedbacks from branches for creating financial tools before IT system launch for new compensation scheme
11.Other Ad hoc project related data analysis , reporting and filing
Qualifications
Education | University graduate or above, Human Resources major preferred |
Relevant Experience | · Over 3 years related working experience in financial analysis or strategic planning · Financial industry experience preferred |
Skills/Language | · Proven experience in business planning, especially for sales focus channel · Have experience in multi-national companies and oversea education or working experience preferred · Proven experience in business planning, especially for sales focus channel · Strong documentation and reporting skill in English and Chinese · Proficient in EXCEL, including creating simple financial and business model, being familiar with EXCEL functions and able to apply efficiently · Good communication skill in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus · Good command in English and Chinese, in both spoken and written |
