Tasks and responsibilities (What are the major tasks in this position)
· Responsible for placing and managing purchase orders with vendors until delivery to the warehouse
· Review and analyze purchase requisitions, interpret purchasing procedures to vendors and internal departments
· Contact vendors to obtain prices and schedule optimum delivery dates
· Continually maintain price revisions, order cancellations, changing delivery dates
· Reconcile invoice and receiving discrepancies
· Assist in finding acceptable substitutes for discontinued items
· Monitor and resolve issues with the supplier base
· Provide competitive material cost for product calculations based on thorough evaluation of vendors’ cost structure as well as comparison of existing products
· Identify cost saving potentials continuously and initiate cost reduction activities together with the Purchasing Manager
· Maintain the company’s internal database
· Ensure that a professional working environment is always maintained
· Assist with other tasks as required by supervisor

· 回顾审核进货单，向供应商及公司各部门同事讲解采购流程。
· 联系供应商争取到最优惠的价格，和***送货时间。
· 时刻更新价格，订单退订及更新送货时间。
· 协调发票和收货不一致的问题
· 协助中断的项目寻找符合要求的可代替的供应商
· 监督并检查供应商的问题
· 提供有优势的产品计价，根据详细的供应商产品成本架构。同时与我们现有的产品进行比较。
· 不断发现潜在的节省费用方法，并与采购经理一同实施降低成本的行动
· 整理公司内部数据库，资料库。
· 确保时刻保持一个专业的工作环境。
· 协助上级交待的其他任务。

Desired skills (What we are looking for in a successful applicant)
· Good knowledge in the plastics, metal or textile industry and familiar with related purchasing methods
· 3-5 years experience in manufacturing and/or trading environment in the related capacity, ideally for an international trading environment
· Ability and willingness to mainly travel in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province as needed
· Native Chinese with good English communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MacOSX, Internet searching engines
· Detail oriented and well organized
· Good interpersonal skills and a team player
· Ability to work in a team with people of different cultural backgrounds
· Must be able to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
· Responsible, motivated, honest and reliable
· College degree or above with a major in related industry

· 具有塑料制品，金属制品制造业相关常识，并熟悉与之相关的生产模式
· 2-3年相关产品制造或相产品贸易的工作经验，国际贸易经验优先。
· 有能力并希望短期出差（上海，浙江，江苏）。
· 普通话及较好的英文沟通能力。
· 熟练操作微软办公系统，苹果系统，及使用搜索引擎。
· 注重细节，组织有序。
· 良好的内部沟通能力，团队合作精神。
· 可以很好的与来自不同文化，不同背景的同事合作，共事。
· 有能力在压力下完成工作。
· 有责任心，自我激励，可靠的。
· 大专或大专以上学历，纺织专业及相关专业优先。
