具体的职责和任务:Specific Responsibilities and Main Duties:
1、 按上级要求,按时完成本职工作,并能依据配方独立操作; Complete duties on time as required superior, and be able to work independent according to recipes;
2、 遵守所有产品大小尺寸的规格要求、食谱、质量标准、部门规章制度、政策以及流程;Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures;
3、 根据食谱及程序准备面团;Prepare dough according to recipes and procedures;
4、 负责所需产品面团形状的一致性;Responsible for consistently shaping dough into required products;
5、 做好并保持设备和工作区域的卫生确保食品安全;Make and maintain the equipment and a sanitary work area to ensure food safety;
6、 保持个人卫生; Maintain personal hygiene;
7、 执行上级分派的其他任务和职责; Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.
职位要求:Job Requirements:
1、 1年以上相关经验。 1 year related experience.
2、 良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork.
3、 专业的糕点理论知识和制作技巧,能单独熟练的制作蛋糕、慕斯、果冻等西点。 Professional Pastry theoretical knowledge and production skills, be able to make cake, mousse, jelly etc independent.
4、 友善的,诚实的以及有责任心的Friendly, honest and responsible
5、 身体健康,持有健康证。Have a good physical condition, and hold the health certificate
