To support the fast and sustainable growth, PEER Asia Sales now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of Sales controlling Specialist. The position will be located in Shanghai and report to the Sales controller.
Job Summary
This role is to push the operation standardization, optimize CRM and business growth capability of sales control in Asia Sales.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will perform the following key responsibilities and other functions that may be assigned in the future.
? Drive the forming and implementation of sales process 推动标准化销售流程实施
? Push the QMS establishment and implementation 推动质量体系建立执行
? Developing and using new management tools/methods for the sales efficiency improvement 通过开发和采用新工具新方法改善销售效率
? Monitoring and measure the performance of sales function 监控和测量销售各功能运营绩效
? Drive the planning& implementation of activities to achieve BP 推动各相关行动以达成BP
? Maintain and improve the Pricing system 维护和改善价格体系
? Maintain the best level of client satisfaction(CRM) to support business development 保持高水平客户满意度促进业务发展
? Participate in development of the long term plan(include BP) and sales strategic challenges 参与中长期经营计划和销售策略制定
? Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time. 其他工作内容
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Economics 学士学位(经济类专业或工程类专业)
? 3-5 years working experience in sales unites 3-5年销售公司工作经验
? With sales experience of process management, CRM is preferred 具有销售流程管理、客户关系管理经验优先
? Fluent spoken and written English 熟练掌握英语
? Good analytical skills and able to identify business opportunities 具备良好的分析能力和把握商机能力
? Service-minded, self motivated and ambitious 有服务意识,自我激励和有志向的
