Major Responsibilities:

· Daily Purchase Requisition and Purchase order register and documentation

· Sustain on time delivery and quality acceptance

· Order confirmation collection

· Create and maintain vendor master data in QAD system

· Assist Purchasing specialist to send official order to supplier

· Register and maintain contract list and contract documentation

· Maintain goods receipt in QAD system base on approved document

· Perform other tasks that purchasing manager assigned

Key Competencies:

Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.

· Bachelor degree with good English communication skills.

· Active and initiative

· Some procurement experience in foreign invested company

· Some knowledge on the regulations of logistic & invoice is an advantage.

· QAD experience is preferred.

· Team player, sense of responsibility and highly motivated.
