- At least 4-5 years working experience as a project manager
- Experience in interior design
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Proficient in material specification, sourcing as well as client- facing
- Responsible for several projects
- Management of CAD craftsmen
- Be able to find solutions
- Be able to write specification for every project
- Know local regulation well
- Know construction process well
- Professional in retail is preferred
- Detailed, organized
- Chinese speaks English
