- 更新订单交期和货物情况
- 更新系统里的发票
- 跟踪报价和样品
- 安排寄收样品
- 安排出差计划
- 安排购买办公用品

任职要求：
- 一年行政管理工作经验
- 经济或管理专业，本科学历
- 能够良好的运用办公软件
- 良好的英语书写能力


RESPONSABILITIES
Edit and prepare Purchase Order and Invoices
Update and communicate order and shipment status
Check and input freight and duty invoice into system
Follow up on quotation and sample request
Prepare and arrange samples shipment
Coordinate and arrange travel plans
Manage office purchases

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative position
Business or Administration University graduate
Good Microsoft office skills
Good Written English
