General Job Description:
As an Application Support Analyst on the Corporate I.T. team, your primary role will be providing global Tier 2 application support and ticket resolution for Husky's enterprise applications. You will interact with end-users to understand issues and errors, provide resolution and training as well as liaison between Tier 2 and Tier 3 SMEs. Application Support can be at the localized level and at the global level, depending on the volume and nature of the issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for handling technical support problems in the context of the global ERP operations and/or CAD users and/or MES and Time Entry applications. This includes taking calls verbally or in written context. This can include investigating technical interface isses between feeder systems and the ERP systems and ERP bug fixing.
2. Required to take "ownership" of the problem to ensure its proper completion including first and second level troubleshooting and following up with the end user and entering calls into the call tracking system database.
3.Collaborating with coworkers to research issues and find solutions and talking with programmers to explain software errors or to recommend changes to programs.
4.Be able to "data mine" the support calls to establish trending and common calls.
5. Assisting with the creation of software specifications for bug resolution and testing software enhancement or bug resolution.
6. Where required coordinating change management surrounding the software changes.
7.Assisting with the creation of or modifications to end-user training manuals and procedures as well as assisting with the development of training materials, such as exercises and visual displays.
8.Called upon as required to be a team member of project implementation.

Job Qualifications:
· Fluent English speaking and writing
· Good communication and coordination skills, strong working moral
· Application support work experience is a plus
· Basic Windows client is a plus.
· Presentation and good meeting facilitation skills are a plus.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Industrial Engineering
