General Job Description:

Responsible for the design, implementation and start up of high performance injection molding plants for Husky customers, on budget, on time.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and present complete proposals to customers specifying processes, equipment, configurations, optimal plant layouts to meet financial targets/justifications and unit part cost.

2. Develop, plan, schedule and control budgets, contracts and suppliers.

3. Manage activities of Construction manager and cross functional teams (internally / externally) to achieve start up on time, on budget.

4. Project manage the implementation of the complete injection molding facility form design through to production.

Qualifications:

1. 6 - 10 years impressive experience including large scale project management (manufacturing facilities, equipment start up).

2. Experience in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, fast growth environment.

3. Superior planning, analyzing, organizing and controlling skills.

4. Highly developed communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).

5. Experience in planning, proposing and managing the purchasing, building, installing and commissioning of complete facilities for high performance manufacturing.

6. Experience with computerized project management tools (modeling, scheduling, planning, cost control).

7. Willingness to travel and work on site for periods of time.

8. Second language skills desirable.

Education:

Engineering degree (Mechanical or Civil)

MBA or other relevant business courses
