工作职责
1、 在公司总经理的直接领导下，负责单位人事考核与薪酬管理工作。
2、 在公司总经理的指导下，组织开展对单位的组织架构，职位设定，职责分工，人事编制等的分析研究，拟草相关优化设计方案。
3、 负责审核并办理员工的招聘录用、转正、考勤、奖惩、离职等人事手续，并根据公司制度为员工办理社保及公积金。
4、 负责与员工签订劳动合同，建立劳动合同台账，明确劳动关系，预防并协助处理劳资纠纷。
5、 根据公司绩效管理制度，开展员工绩效考评组织与实施工作，推进绩效管理。
6、 根据公司薪酬福利管理制度，负责工资制表及福利名单审核，确保数据准确，报送准时。
7、 做好人力资源月报、年报工作，确保数据准确，报送及时。
8、 负责文件、资料的传真与来件的收发工作，及时登记并转交。
任职要求
1、 大学本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等专业优先。
2、 掌握现代人力资源管理理论，熟悉薪酬及考核管理实务，具有劳动安全及员工保护等管理知识结构或收过相关专业培训。
3、 具有5年以上工作经验，5年以上人事管理工作经验。
4、 认真细致的工作作风和日常人事管理的知识和技能，掌握国家有关人力资源管理及劳动管理的法律法规，熟悉日常人事管理的业务流程，良好的口头表达，文字写作和阅读能力
