Core functions:
1) Align with AWB’s business strategy and achieve established sales goals for the company.
2) Grow and manage AWB’s network community.
3) Represent AWB as brand ambassador in the corporate wellness industry.
4) Entrepreneurial spirited- self-motivated individual who embraces critical questions, innovation, service and continuous improvement [Think and act like an owner]
Main responsibilities:

Target clients are: a) corporate HR or person in charge of employee wellbeing. B) Third party / brokers, e.g. insurance company, HR consulting/outsourcing companies, consumer products/services’ VIP programs
Proactively share latest market activities and obtain first-hand market news.
Manage and grow leads database efficiently and share updates with the team.
Establish effective sales channels in order to develop new prospects and potential clients
Understand client’s needs and prepare high-quality sales proposals.
Properly educate potential clients about AWB’s wellness services and products.
Collaborate with potential partners in improving market shares in all product lines.
Take ownership of each deal and close it with highest integrity possible (and lead bidding effort).
Support program content development and delivery by providing feedbacks and ensure client’s satisfaction.
Consolidate clients’ feedback on a regular basis in order to support AWB’s product development (product nature, costs, program duration etc.)
Collaborate closely with marketing team and product development team in sales and marketing promotions (i.e. tradeshows, PR events, consumer events etc.)
Report directly to CEO and CFO on sales performance, target reviews and business forecast.

Position requirements:

- Great inter-personal skill: gives good impression with YOUR engaging personality.
- Good connection, good at utilizing all possible resources
- Demonstrate passion in and have relevant experience in the field of health and wellness management, healthcare, fitness, nutrition, environmental and sustainability etc. Sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill with business language
- Experience of leading a team will be a plus
- Comfortable working in our multi- culture environment. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in professional service or corporate event industry, Experience in marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in business, marketing or related domains

AWB Offer
A full-time position (3- months probation)
Attractive commission based contract with a salary base;
Successful candidate can win a 3k sales & marketing budget to kick start your sales plan.
