Description:
1) Fully immerse in and understand the existing products, product materials, structure, specifications for gloves
2) Fully immerse in and understand the formulation and manufacture process
3) Be responsible for research, NPI and product transfer, technical consulting support, Lead glove development, Product improvement and cost saving projects base on business priority.
4) Build glove technical strategy and technology platform in long term, lead cutting edge technology.
5) Be responsible for quantifying the materials, specifications as well as vendors related to glove
6) Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and teardown to understanding existing and competitors’ products
7) Technical support to relevant people and suppliers to enhance the total quality of the glove team and suppliers.
8) Help to build up GLOVE lab with good understanding of specifications, standards, methods, equipment and qualify good boots and shoes.
9) Be responsible for translating the product requirements into technical specifications and QFD for material and footwear product. Able to generate development documents about designs, specifications and technical release report.
10) Cooperate cross functions for technical reviews and development, Drive related projects in the PAC.
