General Job Description:

As a member of the field support team you will be responsible for the coordination and coaching of our Service Engineers. This includes scheduling of workloads, direct travel arrangements, follow-up on service reports and implement issue containments and/or resolutions, follow up service issues with business units, maintain service tools and manage service purchase orders and warranty pre-approvals whenever required. In addition you will be responsible to keep track of all outstanding issues and the follow-up there of. The position will involve occasional traveling to our customer facilities.

Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Requires good technical knowledge of injection molding systems, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, good time management skills, ability and flexibility to travel



QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION (Indicate required and/or preferred education for this job.)
Mechanical or electrical engineering degree/diploma
RELATED EXPERIENCE (Indicate required and/or preferred experience for this job.)
Minimum 5 years experience in a technical field or environment
