General SUMMARY:

We are looking for a bright, dynamic, and ambitious lead/senior tester with proven large scale internet development experience and a passion for technology.



You will be joining a blended, experienced and successful agile development team who look after the development of a large scale web application called “Dashboard”. You will be involved in a lot of direct interaction with onshore developers, get a chance to practice XP pro

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Be responsible for testing a web-based dashboard including test plan, test case, test execution.

·Define and implement a test strategy

·Writing automation tests using selenium (70%)

·Conduct manual testing (30%)

·Provide mentorship to junior tester



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities

Functional Competencies:

Experience of defining and implementing a test strategy
Experience of Selenium/SpecFlow/ are highly desirable
Preferably experience within compatibility testing on different browser.
Experience of working under agile especially scrum environment is a plus.
Experience of Behavior Driven Development and Testing (BDD) is a plus.
Experience in security testing is a strong plus.
Interpersonal Competencies:

·Excellent communication in English

·Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a collaborative team.

·Embrace working in a stressful environment

2) Experience:

2 years of experience in software testing
Related experiences of large scale web / internet development using C# / ASP.Net
